The prize comprises of – A £3,000 gift card to be used towards a James Villa with flights, subject to availability.
The winner will be announced within 30 days after the competition has ended
The prize holiday must be booked by 30 April 2015 and must be depart by 31 December 2016
Additional elements can be added to the booking subject to remaining prize value. If the holiday chosen exceeds £3,000 the winner must pay the difference.
No refund will be given if the holiday cost is less than the prize value.
All spending money must be provided by the winner.
Additional passengers may be added to the villa holiday up to the maximum occupancy of the chosen villa. Additional flights must be purchased through James Villas.
No purchase necessary to enter.
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 21 years and over, except employees of James Villas, Family Traveller, subsidiaries of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation or anyone professionally associated with the competition.
The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancellation value once booked.
The competition winner must be a named passenger on the booking.
