The Travel Magazine competition (1st December 2015. Competition end date 31st December 2015)

Villa accommodation
1. The ‘win a 7 night break in Alanya, Turkey with 5 Star Villa Holidays’ (the “competition”) is open to everyone aged 18 and over and there may be only one entry per person.
2. The competition may not be entered by anyone connected with the competition.
3. Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Entries received outside of the stated competition period will not be considered and no responsibility is taken for
entries that are not received or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
5. The prize is 7 nights accommodation in a Dream Villa in Alanya Turkey for 2 adults and up to 4 children.
6. The villa accommodation must be taken by 31st October 2016, excluding July and August 2016, subject to villa availability.
7. The villa accommodation is subject to availability, and 5 Star Villa Holidays reserve the right to amend or substitute
the prize for another of a similar value, this includes but is not limited to, a different location, alternative travel
dates, or substitution of accommodation type.
8. 5 Star Villa Holidays accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
9. It is the winners’ responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, travel insurance and any necessary vaccinations.
10. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn after the closing date and will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.
11. The prize of the villa accommodation is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
12. The winner may be required for promotional activity related to the competition and the winner shall participate in such activity at 5 Star Villa Holidays’ reasonable request including post holiday reviews.
13. No purchase is necessary.
14. 5 Star Villa Holidays accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
15. 5 Star Villa Holidays reserves the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without
prior notice, at any time.
16. 5 Star Villa Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil the competition where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

Flights
1. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn after the closing date (please see publication for closing date of the specific competition you are entering).
2. The winner must be aged 18 years or over.
3. The prize is non-transferrable and is to be used by the registered prize winner.
4. The prize is offered strictly subject to availability and may not be available on all dates on all flights during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, school and Bank Holidays.
5. The prize is valid for travel between 31st December 2015 – 31st October 2016.
6. The prize is one pair of return flights with Monarch from London Gatwick or Leeds Bradford to Antalya. Leeds Bradford to Antalya operates from November 2015- April 2016 and London Gatwick to Antalya operates from April 2016 to October 2016.
7. Airport taxes are included in the prize.
8. No cash alternative is available.
9. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Please visit www.monarch.co.uk for details and premiums.
10. Prize winners are responsible for paying for each piece of hold baggage taken. Current prices are available on our website. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken free of charge no bigger than 56 x 40 x 25cm. For further information please refer to the FAQ’s on our website.
11. The winner is responsible for all expenses and arrangements (such as but not limited to flight extras, in-flight meals, pre-allocated seats, accommodation, meals, spending money and transportation to and from the departing
and destination airport) not specifically included in the prize.
12. Monarch accepts no liability for use of the Prize or any loss or damage which may arise from the competition or use of the prize.
All Prize winners and their companions fully indemnify Monarch Airlines Ltd for any and all losses, liability, action, claim, proceeding, judgment, penalty, fine, damages, fee, cost, charge or expense (including, without limitation, legal fees and expenses) brought, claimed or asserted against Monarch Airlines or for which
Monarch Airlines may be liable as a result of this competition or of taking or using the Prize.
13. Compensation under Regulation 261/2004, Montreal Convention and any other applicable law is strictly excluded irrespective of the cause.
14. The flights may not be re-presented as a Prize for any other Prize draw or other similar event

16. Prize winners must ensure that they have the correct travel documentation and obtain the relevant Visas. Such travel documentation is at the sole expense of the Winner. Failure to be granted a Visa and or have the necessary travel documentation will result in the Prize Winner forfeiting their Prize.
17. The winner will be contacted within 28 days of Monarch receiving the winner’s details
