Bags Prize Draw (Instagram & Twitter)
1. This draw is open to ALL COUNTRIES. Entrants must be 16 or over at time of entry.
2. The draw is not open to members or employees or their immediate family of River Island, its subsidiaries, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the draw.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. No alternative cash prizes.
5. There will be six different prize draws. The prize draws will open on at [time] (BST) on Monday 17 th August 2015 on Instagram and will close on Monday 24 th August at 4pm (BST).
6. Prize Draws:
Prize Draw 1 – Camel Large Suedette Satchel
The first prize draw will open on Monday 17 th August as soon as the prize draw post is published on Instagram, no later than 5pm (BST). There will be one winner. The winner will receive 1 x Camel Large Suedette Satchel (Product no. 671100).

The second prize draw will open on Tuesday 18 th August as soon as the prize draw post is published on Instagram, no later than 5pm (BST). There will be one winner. The winner will receive 1 x Black Shopper Bag (Product no. 287104).

Prize Draw 3 - Light Grey Faux Suede Panel Backpack
The third prize draw will open on Wednesday 19 th August as soon as the prize draw post is published on Instagram, no later than 5pm (BST). There will be one winner. The winner will receive 1 x Light Grey Faux Suede Panel Backpack (Product no. 671072).

Prize Draw 4 - Black Smart Rucksack
The fourth prize draw will open on Thursday 19 th August as soon as the prize draw post is published on Instagram, no later than 5pm (local BST) Therewill be one winner. The winner will receive 1 x Black Smart Rucksack (Product no. 287091).
To enter the draw, participants must:

b) Regram the prize draw Instagram post and comment on the on the post by tagging @riverisland and hashtag #BagThisBag in the caption.
Prize Draw 5 - Black Pleat Tote Handbag
The fifth prize draw will open on Friday 20 th August as soon as the prize draw post is published on Instagram, no later than 5pm (BST) There will be one winner. The winner will receive 2 x Black Pleat Tote Handbag for the winner & their BFF tagged in the comment. (Product no. 671272)
To enter the draw, participants must:
a) Follow @Riverisland on Instagram,
b) Like the Instagram post & comment tagging your BFF & tell us, in a minimum of 1 emoji, how winning this bag would make you & your friend feel to each win the bag!
Prize Draw 6 – Twitter Draw
The fifth prize draw will open on Friday 20 th August as soon as the prize draw tweet is published on Twitter, no later than 5pm (BST) There will be one winner. The winner will receive the River Island bag they selected in their entry tweet from Riverisland.com.
To enter the draw, participants must:
a) Follow @Riverisland on Twitter,
b) Tweet @riverisland and include the URL link to the bag you would like to win, including the hashtag #HappyFriday.
7. Closing date for entries to all prize draws is 4pm (BST) on Monday 24 th August 2015. All winners will be drawn & contacted by 4pm (BST) Tuesday 25 th August 2015.
8. The winners for each prize draw will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
9. All prizes are subject to availability. If the prize listed is unavailable, the winner will receive a gift card of the equivalent amount of the bag, to be redeemed in River Island stores. If a winner is based outside the UK they will receive a River Island gift code to be redeemed online at www.riverisland.com .
If the winner is based outside the UK, they must submit an order to the equivalent value to the River Island Marketing team, who will order the items for the winner and arrange shipment to them. Amount can only be redeemed against one transaction. Any items ordered this way will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
10. All entries must comply with Instagram’s and Twitter’s Terms of Use and General Conditions, as listed on their website.
11. Entrants acknowledge that this draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Twitter.
12. Only one entry per person, per prize draw, will be counted as a valid entry. River Island accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault.
13. The winners will be announced on either Instagram or Twitter, depending on where the prize draw was advertised. The winners will then be invited to email River Island with their details.
14. The winners must claim their prize by 4pm (BST) on Monday 31 st August 2015. How to claim details will be provided with the winners’ notifications.
15. In the event a winner fails to claim their prize or is otherwise disqualified from the draw, that prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void
16. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of River Island and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to River Island as a result thereof.
17. Winners may be required to take part in post-event publicity. Entrants acknowledge that River Island may use entries in post-event publicity.
18. By submitting an entry entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
19. River Island’s decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
20. The name and county of the winners will be available until February 2016 and can be obtained by sending a request and return SAE to the Marketing Dept at River Island’s address below.
