Proof of identification may be required at the request of the Promoter. Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements as specified herein. [FONT=Times New Roman, serif]9. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the Promoter and excludes the following times during the year:[/FONT]

Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winner’s nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passport holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Flights will include all taxes and surcharges.[/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]11. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers. [/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]12. Hotel is classed as a 4 star hotel and is based on four (4) adults sharing two (2) twin or double rooms (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a room only basis. [/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]13. Cake decorating class is subject to availability at the time of booking and will last for approximately two (2) hours.[/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]14. VIP shopping experience is subject to availability at the time of booking and lasts approximately five (5) hours and includes hotel pick up and drop off and takes place Monday to Friday inclusive. [/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]15. For all US trips, UK passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US embassy, which can be applied for a minimum seventy two (72) hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US embassy and the Promoter will not be held responsible for this being rejected.[/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]16. Travel insurance is subject to the normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. [/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]The winner will be contacted by telephone within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner must claim their prize within ten (10) days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these additional terms and conditions. The winner must book the prize trip within twelve (12) months from the date of notification. [/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]18. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the Competition, modify these terms and conditions prior to the closing date, vary details of the prize, or substitute a prize of equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it. [/FONT]
