Further Prize Details:

a. The ASOS e-voucher can only be redeemed at https://www.asos.com within 1 year of acceptance;
b. The voucher will be sent to you via email with a code for you to register to your account as credit. You won’t have to use the credit all at once as you can split it among multiple purchases;

d. Your guests for the trip must be 18 years or over;
e. Return travel by bus or train from the winner’s home to the UK airport is included up to the value of £30 per person;
f. You and your guests must travel together in both directions;
g. The cost of 4 beds for two nights, plus related room taxes is included;
h. Flights will depart from one of five airports (London Gatwick(LGW), Edinburgh (EDI), Leeds Bradford Airport(LBA), East Midlands(EMA) or Bristol (BRS)) of your choice, which is also subject to availability;
i. You and your guests are subject to the airline’s published Conditions of Carriage;
j. Once flight tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights, dates and times shown;
k. Once you’ve confirmed your guests names and flights have been booked, you will not be able to make any changes;
l. If you do need to change your travel or hostel details, you will be subject to charges that you will be responsible for;
m. If you cancel your booking for any reason, we will not book any further tickets and we will not refund any expenses as a result;
n. Return train transfers from the airport in Budapest to the hostel is included to the value of £100 and will be sent to you by bank transfer;
o. You and your guests will need a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel;
p. Travel insurance and any other costs or expenses not stated will be yours and your guests’ responsibility;
q. You and your guests are solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hostel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes;
r. You are also responsible for your behaviour as well as your guests’ whilst on this trip and will be expected to comply with any relevant third party terms and conditions. If you don’t, you and your guest may be asked to leave at your own cost;
s. The trip must be taken within 1 year of accepting the prize excluding Christmas, Easter and Bank holidays;
t. The trip must be organised with Hostelworld at least 28 days before the date that you would like to travel; and
u. Once you have booked your trip you will not be able to change any names.
