All entries must be received by midnight on Tuesday, July 7, 2015. 6. The winner will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win a five night holiday for two to Abu Dhabi. The prize package comprises:
• Two return Pearl Business Class flights with Etihad Airways from London Heathrow, Manchester or Edinburgh to Abu Dhabi;
• Five nights accommodation in a 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis;
• A Belvari Marine Catamaran Island Cruise for two;
• 18 holes of golf for two at Abu Dhabi Golf Club, host of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship; and
• Two General Entry passes to Yas Waterworld and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
9. The prize must be taken as one package.
10. The prize does not include travel insurance, travel between the winner’s home and airport, transfers, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
11. The prize is valid for travel before December 14, 2015 and excludes October 19 to October 30 and November 15 to November 30, 2015. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended. The winner and their guest must travel together at all times.
12. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
13. The winner] may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter and Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority.
