Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents only.
6. All employees and the immediate families of either Global, VisitScotland, or its agents or Partners; CrossCountry trains, Hilton Hotels & Resorts or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
7. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to require the winner(s) to provide proof of identity, age and residency, as the Promoter may deem necessary. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
Prizes:
7. Three winners will be selected who will win one of the following breaks for two people:
• Edinburgh Grosvenor Hotel – 2 night stay with breakfast
• Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel - 2 night stay with breakfast
• Aberdeen Double Tree by Hilton Hotel - 3 night stay with breakfast

8. Each prize includes 2 x return first class train travel from any CrossCountry train served station only. All Winners will need to fill out a Cross County Trains Winners Claim Form.

Prize 2 - 1 x 2 night Bed and Breakfast weekend stay for 2 guests at Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel. Dates subject to availability. Cannot be redeemed on/during the following dates; 28, 29, 30, 31 May, 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 June, 1, 2 3, 4, 12, 13, 14, 15 July, 7-14 August, 2-9 September, 1- 3 October, 23 October - 2 November, 5 - 7 November.
Prize 3 - 1 x 3 night Bed and Breakfast weekend stay for 2 guests at Doubletree by Hilton Aberdeen. Dates subject to availability. Prize is valid for 3 night weekend stay (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) cannot be redeemed during Oil Week and is subject to availability.
8. The prizes are all subject to availability, and must be used in full by 30 November 2015.
9. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, and non refundable. No cash or other alternative is available (in whole or in part), except that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.

10. The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related living expenses. All additional travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.
11. Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is their parent or legal guardian or has the written permission of their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.

12. Winner(s) and travel companion(s) will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification and compliance with all travel and health requirements (i.e. passports driving licences) relating to the acceptance and use of the prize package(s). The Promoter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
13. If the winner is unable to use the prize by the date specified at Condition 8 the prize will be forfeited.
14. All activities, travel and accommodation are subject to availability, weather conditions, and are subject to the individual prize provider’s standard terms and conditions, which can be found by contacting each prize provider as specified above.
15. The winner will be notified in writing by email or post, within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 28 days of first notification attempt, if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the winner does not accept the prize or in the event of non-compliance with these prize draw Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

16. The Promoter, and all partners and prize providers, and their respective affiliates, agents, successors, employees, officers, directors and assigns are not responsible if any portion of the prize cannot be awarded or used due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to circumstances beyond the Promoter and any prize provider’s reasonable control.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control that makes it reasonably necessary to do so but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to participants.
