I wrote to Lowell offering a full and final on an account they came back to me with an offer of 40% off however they have said they hold a further 3 accounts which requires payment also!
One I can say was mine from 5 and half years ago but the others must be that old they arnt even on my credit report? They said one is with their agent at Scotcall so I'm worried someone will come out!
Any advice x

If they write to you, CCA them all, unlikely a doorstep-er will call, but if they do, you have no obligation to speak to them, nor do you have to let them in, you can ignore them completely, they have no powers whatsoever.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
