E: 20/06 Win a luxury five night break in the Algarve

1. By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Win a luxury 5 night break in the Algarve'.
3. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, except employees of Peugeot, Hilton Vilamoura, BlueSea Holidays, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.
4. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
5. Only one entry per household.
6. The closing date for receipt of entries is 20 June 2015 at midnight.
7. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Peugeot. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Peugeot reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
8. The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to Alison Stewart, Peugeot Motor Company PLC, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, West Midlands, CV3 1ND.
9. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
11. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and are legally entitled to travel.
12. The holiday prize for 2 comprises:

• Prize is based on 2 adults sharing a twin/double room.
• Prize is based on travel before December 2015 subject to availability from London airports (peak dates including Easter, half-terms and Christmas are excluded). Summer dates, including school holidays, are available subject to availability.
• Prize includes hand luggage, deluxe room and daily breakfast and dinner.
• Travel insurance must be arranged by the winner. Hold luggage is included for one bag per person, up to 20kg. If hold luggage exceeds 20kg this will be the responsibility of the winner or their guest and any extra costs must be covered by them. Peugeot and BlueSea Holidays accept no responsibility for extra costs incurred by the winner or their guest.

13. The prize is subject to availability.
14. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance. (b) Any personal expenses and spending money (c) UK transfers.
15. The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Peugeot or BlueSea Holidays reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
17. No responsibility will be accepted by Peugeot for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
18. Peugeot is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third-party website or homepage access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the promotion.
