Went to the Estee Lauder counter in House of Fraser Manchester today for this freebie; they do a little consultation with you in which they match your skin to a chart they hold up against your cheek. I think there are a choice of 3 samples; a BB cream, a 'light' foundation and a foundation. I went for the BB cream. They also gave me cards with 1.5ml sachet samples of the face cream and Advanced Night Repair attached. Yay!

Went to the same Estee Lauder counter again today as I realised their Doublewear foundation has different shades to the BB and Foundation Light . I only asked if they could tell me my shade in the Doublewear Foundation but they also gave me a 10 day sample of that shade after matching it to my skin Very nice ladies on this counter xx 0

I went to the Bluewater Estee Lauder counter in House of Fraser and the lady kept looking confused that I was talking about this Glow thing, I showed her the email and she says it's for older ladies and will need to come back for a consultation another time...when she obviously had no clients to serve etc. I told her I will go to another counter.0

What a shame you got a rubbish consultant loranius! Defo try another counter if there's one convenient enough; the Manchester staff are really nice so fingers crossed it's just the one bad apple at that store... x0 -
