There are 50,000 Ultimate Blends Sleek Oil 3.5ml samples to be given away.
This promotion will finish on 19th January 2015 or when stocks run out, whichever is the earliest.
Once the applicant has successfully completed the registration form, an email will notify them if they have been one of the 50,000 successful entrants and the sachet will be despatched within 30 working days of submission.
