Competition closes at midnight on April 10 2015 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.
One entry per person. Bulk, automatically generated or third party entries are void.
To enter you must submit your answer by one of the stated entry methods below before the Closing Date. If you call or text after the Closing Date, you will not be entered but you will still be charged.
There will be one winner and one prize only.
The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received before the Closing Date.
The winner will be notified before April 20 2015 by email or phone. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during the specified time. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. The prize is seven nights for two sharing a Deluxe Hillside Pool Villa at Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa, plus two return Economy flights to the Seychelles from Manchester or Heathrow, courtesy of Etihad Holidays. Prize includes a one-hour massage each in the spa, daily breakfasts for two at Caf! Dauban, daily lunches at Lo Brizan and daily dinners at either Portobello, Sakura, Grann Kaz or Caf! Dauban (two soft drinks per person per meal). All parts of the prize must be taken in conjunction with the same booking and are subject to availability. Winner and his/her guests must travel on same itinerary. Exact flight date/time/carrier/departure airport and hotel will be selected at prize provider’s discretion. Prize excludes UK airport transfers. Winner and guests are responsible for getting to and from the UK airport at their own expense. Winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documentation (e.g. passport/visa/visa waiver as may be required) and obtaining adequate travel insurance at their own expense. Unless expressly specified, prize excludes food, drink, spending money and any other costs.
Prize must be booked in advance and taken before Apr 20 2016, excluding Apr 20 2015 to May 10 2015, Nov 25 2015 to Dec 1 2015, and Dec 18 2015 to Jan 15 2016.
The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives to the prize in whole or in part.
The promoter of this competition is Times Newspapers Limited (publishers of The Sunday Times Travel Magazine) (the “Promoter”).
