How about banning the promotion of student loans to minors?
That is a disgrace because the loans then get sold off to companies like Arrow global!
How can loans be even promoted to minors?0 -
Should stop all the thousands of under 18's applying for PDL's.Minister Baroness Jolly said the Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice (BCAP) was being asked to assess how children could be better protected by considering changes to how adverts are scheduled.
Because parents are too stupid to protect their own children :doh:0 -
You could always just get them to advertise to adults and not to kids... Stop it with the puppets, get rid of the Plasticine "friends", goodbye singing citrus fruits...

Great news.
Children do not need to see these adverts, especially on channels or during programs targeted specifically at children. Quite rightly attempt at making these loans appear normal to young children and desensitise them to these vile PD loans should be banned or restricted to evening programming."We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about” – Albert Einstein0 -
need to ban shopping and credit cards, bank loans, mobile phone adverts as just as badDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
