3. The maximum total prize value is £3,500 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
4. The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip, and both require 2 months days advance booking and are subject to availability. Travel must be taken by the 31st of October 2015.
5. Prize travel is subject to United Airlines General Conditions of Carriage, which can be viewed here http://www.united.com/web/en-US/content/contract.aspx The winner and their companion must travel together on prize flights and will not accrue United Airlines Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or United Airlines Frequent Flyer points.
The car hire is subject to Rhino’s general terms and conditions, which can be viewed here: http://rhinocarhire.mobi/Terms.aspx We cannot include any optional extras, these are paid for on arrival direct to the rental agent, we are unable to pay for these in advance.
The winner must produce a valid credit card on arrival for the car rental, although the rental will be pre-paid, the agent still require a credit card for security.

– If you purchase the Excess Cover Insurance from a third party, the credit card holder will be required to present his/ her credit card at the rental desk in order for the car rental agent to authorize the deposit.
You can upgrade your insurance level locally but will be charged for this.
6. Visit California, Visit Sacramento, Visit Oakland, Visit Santa Cruz, United Airlines and Rhino Car Hire makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.
7. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.
8. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Visit California, Visit Sacramento, Visit Oakland, Visit Santa Cruz, United Airlines and Rhino Car Hire will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.
9. The prize winner and the companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity. And must organise relevant visas where required.
10. The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from London Heathrow, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food are not included in the prize.
11. The package is non-transferable and no alternative packages will be offered.
12. There is no cash alternative.
13. The competition prize is subject to availability.
