NEW SEASON ESCAPE Terms and Conditions
All entrants must be aged 18 or over. One winner will be selected at random; The prize draw will close on October 31st 2014. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 14 days after the closing date; If the winner is not contactable within 14 days after the closing date, an alternative winner will be chosen at random. The prize is non-transferrable and is to be used by the registered prize winner. Small Luxury Hotels - A maximum of 5 complimentary room nights can be requested per hotel, per stay. A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice must be given.
The complimentary room nights are valid for 12 months from the date of receipt. The prize of 5 nights relate to standard double room accommodation only. It is always subject to availability; (i.e. at the hotel’s discretion. If a booking is requested during the hotel’s peak period, or their annual complimentary room night allocation has already been confirmed, they are entitled to deny confirmation). General online availability and hotel availability for claiming complimentary room nights may differ; the availability of the letter will prevail. All food, beverages, taxes, and other incidental costs incurred by the guest are to be settled prior to departure from, and direct with, the individual hotel.
Complimentary rooms are non-flexible and once confirmed by SLH, no alterations or cancellations can be made. In case of alteration or cancellation, you will forfeit the rooms. The following hotels are not available: Akatsuki Resort and Alexander House. The Club of Small Luxury Hotels of the World’s benefits cannot be redeemed in conjunction with this offer. Guests who choose to utilise their room nights at an all-inclusive SLH hotel will incur an additional charge, which will vary depending on the property selected. Small Luxury Hotels of the World has the right to update these terms and conditions. Complimentary room nights will be governed by the terms and conditions that are in place at the time the room nights are reserved. Other terms and conditions may apply.
Monarch - The prize is offered strictly subject to availability and flights during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, school and Bank Holidays are restricted. The prize is valid for travel until 31st October 2015. The prize is one pair of return flights with Monarch from any UK airport to Tenerife, Dubrovnik Split, Paphos, Heraklion (Crete), Verona, Naples, Rome, Venice, Funchal (Madeira), Faro, Barcelona, Ibiza, Malaga (Spain), Mahon (Menorca), Palma (Majorca) or Bodrum. Airport taxes are included in the prize. No cash alternative is available. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Please visit www.monarch.co.uk for details and premiums. Prize winners are responsible for paying for each piece of hold baggage taken. Current prices are available on our website. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken free of charge no bigger than 56 x 40 x 25cm. For further information please refer to the FAQ’s on our website.. The winner is responsible for all expenses and arrangements (such as but not limited to flight extras, in-flight meals, pre-allocated seats, accommodation, meals, spending money and transportation to and from the departing and destination airport) not specifically included in the prize. Whilst the T&Cs above state flights from any UK airport, the Monarch blurb says...
Monarch Airlines is the UK’s longest-established, scheduled leisure airline. Operating for 46 years, Monarch flies from 6 UK bases – London Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford and London Luton.
...so I guess it means any UK airport that they fly from.0 -

Oh sorry, I didn't mean that you were responsible for it not being clear! I just thought if anyone is miles away from all of the 6 listed airports then they might want to seek further clarification before entering to avoid disappointment.0
