* There is one prize to be won. The Prize shall consist of a trip to New York City (NYC) for the winner and a friend. The Trip will include:

- A four night stay in a standard room, based on two sharing a double or twin room, at a 5* hotel (TBC), on a room only basis;

- Economy class return air travel from the UK to NYC up to the cost of £1000. Anything over £1000 is at the winner’s expense;

- Return travel from the airport to the hotel;

- The Trip must be taken within six months of being won. Dates and flights are to be arranged between the winner and Topshop. The Christmas and New Year period are excluded. Topshop have absolute discretion over the dates of travel;

- A Gift Card for the value of $1000 to use at a personal shopping appointment at the new Topshop 5th Avenue store; and

- $1000 spending money to be used throughout the Trip.
