Details of the Competition
3. To enter the competition Entrants must go online to https://www.classicfm.com, answer a multiple-choice question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00:01 on Monday 22nd September 2014 and close at 23:59:59 on Tuesday 7th October 2014.
4. The winner will be picked at random from all correct and eligible entries and contacted by email or phone by Global within 28 days of the competition closing and the winner will then have 28 days within which to claim the prize.
Eligibility
5. Open to UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents only.
6. All employees and the immediate families of either VisitScotland, or its agents or Partners, East Coast Main Line Company Limited, Hotel du Vin and Bistro, Historic Scotland, National Galleries of Scotland or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
7. To participate Entrants must aged 18 years or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.
Prize
9. One (1) winner will receive the prize. The prize comprises:
1 x 2 first class adult return tickets from London King’s Cross to Edinburgh Waverly courtesy of East Coast Main Line Company Limited.
1 x 2 night stay for 2 adults staying on a B&B basis at Hotel du Vin and Bistro, Edinburgh sharing a double or twin room courtesy of Hotel du Vin and Bistro
1 x 2 adult Historic Scotland 3 day Explorer Pass courtesy of Historic Scotland.
￡500 spending money.
10. The prize is subject to availability and weather conditions, and must be used in full by 30/04/2015. If the winner is unable to use the prize by this date the prize will be forfeited.
11. The prize does not include any travel insurance or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and his/her travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses
not specifically listed in these Specific Rules are the responsibility of the winner.
12. The winner and his/her travel companion must travel together, departing from and returning to the same
location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is, or has the written permission of, his/her parent or legal guardian.
13. Global is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.
14. Global will not be obliged to replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
15. All activities, travel and accommodation are subject to the standard terms and conditions of each prize provider, which can be found by contacting each prize provider as specified above in the prize details.
16. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
17. Global is the promoter of the competition.
