1. Open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone connected with the administration of this promotion.


2. The promotion shall comprise separate monthly prize draws, each to be held on the last day of each month, commencing on 24th July 2013 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”). Entries to each draw will close at 23:59 GMT [BST] on the day immediately preceding the date of the draw in question. All entries received after the closing date for the preceding draw up until 23:59 GMT on that day will automatically be entered into the next draw.


3. To enter a monthly prize draw all entrants must complete and submit an entry form together with their personal details by visiting www.persilandcomfort.co.uk/comfort-competitions/. No purchase necessary.


4. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules.


5. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period.


6. There will be one (1) prize offered in each draw. The prize will consist of 6 of 54W liquid Persil Non Bio products and 8 bottles Comfort Pure 1.5L. Only one entry per person per month. No person may win more than one prize in total in this promotion, regardless of the number of entries submitted and the number of draws entered. No cash alternative is available.


7. Each draw will take place under independent supervision. The first valid entry drawn at random from all valid entries received after the previous draw and before 23:59 on the day immediately preceding the draw shall win a prize. In the event that only one valid entry is received for a particular draw, that entry will win the prize for that draw.


8. Each winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the relevant draw, and asked to claim their prize. Prizes remaining unclaimed 28 days after the winner is notified will be forfeited, and the promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner determined in accordance with these rules. The decision of the independent adjudicator is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.


11. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.


12. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.

14. As concerns UK residents, these terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns Republic of Ireland residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
