Terms and Conditions Win a Land Rover Defender Station Wagon 90 This prize draw is brought to you by Joules Limited (“Joules”). 1. There will be one (1) individual Prize of one (1) ‘LAND ROVER DEFENDER STATION WAGON 90’ or a cash alternative of £20,000. The Prize is a ‘LAND ROVER DEFENDER STATION WAGON 90’ which is in full working order at the time of the winner being announced. The LAND ROVER has had a floral wrap applied by Joules; this is non-permanent and can be removed, the lifetime of the wrap cannot be guaranteed for the lifetime of the car. The seats have been reupholstered with Harris Tweed. Insurance, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership of the vehicle. The winner must arrange insurance and provide a full UK driving license on the date of collection. The LAND ROVER will have accrued mileage from the promotional period. Joules will not be responsible for any mechanical (or other) faults that may develop after the winner takes ownership of the vehicle. 3. Land Rover Jaguar have not endorsed or supported this prize draw. 4. Entries can be made online at www.joules.com/win by completing the online entry form. Alternatively by completing an official Joules prize draw card, available in Joules stores and at selected events, and returning it to Joules by: (i) handing it in, in store, to a member of the Joules team; or (ii) posting it to: LAND ROVER prize draw, Joules, 16 The Point, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7QU. 5. Only entry forms that have been completed in full will be entered into the prize draw. Joules does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt. Joules will not accept entry forms where postage has not been paid in full. Joules shall not be liable for postage costs. 6. Entrants must be residents of the UK aged 18 or over. Joules may need to see proof of age. Using false details will result in disqualification. 7. No bulk or third party entries shall be accepted. Entries made online using methods generated by a script; macro or the use of automated devices will be void. Only one entry per person. 8. This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of Joules, any person directly or indirectly involved with Joules or the running of the prize draw or their direct family members. 9. The final closing date for entries is XXXXXXXXXX. No entries will be accepted after this time. 10. The one (1) winner of the Prize will be decided no later than 31st March 2015. The winner will be selected at random by Joules and contacted by Joules on the email address or telephone number provided. The winner must then contact Joules to claim their Prize within 2 weeks of the date and time of the email sent or the phone call by Joules to the winner. Only the winner will be contacted personally on the details that they provide at entry. Entrants must ensure that the details that they provide at entry are accurate and legible. 11. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If they cannot be contacted, fail to respond or if a Prize remains unclaimed in the time frame stated above (or there is a failure to meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise the winners are unable to comply with the terms and conditions), the Prize shall be forfeited and Joules reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to the next entrant selected at random. Joules may repeat this process until such time as the Prize is claimed within the relevant period. 12. The winner of the Prize will be announced on the Joules Facebook page and the Joules Blog which can be found at http://blog.joules.com within one week of the Prize being awarded. 13. The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred. 14. Joules reserves the right to: (i) substitute a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value at any time; and (ii) cancel or change this prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in the reasonable opinion of Joules. 15. Joules’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 16. The winner will need to collect the vehicle from the Joules head office. 17. The winner may be required to participate in publicity and the prize draw may appear in other promotional materials. Joules cannot guarantee that the Prize will be free from all disruptions, failings and/or errors. 19. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this prize draw. 20. Joules will not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense or failure to perform any contractual obligation which is due to any event or circumstances which is beyond the reasonable control of Joules or which Joules could not foresee or avoid. 21. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Joules for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
