TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RBS POCKET MONEY COMPETITIONS AND PRIZE DRAWS

(a) The competitions and prize draws contained on the Pocket Money website are open to Pocket Money readers who are UK residents. Competitions and prize draws are not open to employees of John Brown Group or The Royal Bank of Scotland group of companies, their families or anyone associated with these competitions or prize draws.
(b) One entry per competition and/or prize draw per person. Entries must be submitted online at https://www.rbs-pocketmoney.co.uk and received online (or by post where indicated) by the relevant closing date. Entries are not returnable. They, and the copyright for them, become the property of the promoter.
(c) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transit. Proof of completion online will not be accepted as proof of entry.
(d) Prize(s) for each competition will be awarded to the entrant who correctly answers the question and who, in the judge's opinion, writes the most apt and original tie-breaker. Each competition will have a separate judge. The competition prizes are as follows.

(i) LEGO train playsets: One winner will receive a LEGO Passenger Train playset and a LEGO Cargo Train playset. Each playset requires 9 AAA batteries (not included). The competition closes on Friday 22 August 2014.

(ii) Nitro Extreme go-kart: One winner will receive a Kettler Nitro Extreme go-kart. The go-kart is suitable for children between 125 and 150 cm tall. Some assembly required. The competition closes on Friday 19 December 2014.

Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed. The prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries must be submitted online at https://www.rbs-pocketmoney.co.uk and are not returnable.
(e) Winners will be informed by letter, phone or email within 14 days of the closing date. The winner’s name and county of residence will be available by telephoning 020 7565 3216.
(f) The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this competition and/or prize draw. This may include their name, age and county of residence in a future edition.
(g) If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.
(h) The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
