    1. Promotion Period: 00:01 on 16/07/2014 to 23:59 on 12/08/2014. ("Promotion Period").
    a) Prize Pool: £7,000
    b) Winners will receive two return economy class tickets to Austraila, transport from the capital city of their choice to the Barossa Valley. 5 nights accommodation in the Barossa Valley and on the River Murray. Meals for 5 days, car hire for 5 days, a hot air balloon ride, private wine experience at Oxford Landing Estates and Yalumba. Personal tour of the Riverland and Barossa Valley, wines delivered to the winner’s home to the value of £500.
    c) For the avoidance of doubt, if more than one entry from a particular entrant is drawn, the entrant is only eligible to win one Prize. Winners will be notified by email and phone.
    d) Trip must be taken by 30 April 2015 and may not be taken over Christmas, New Year or United Kingdom school holidays Guest must be 18 years old or over. No spending money. For further details on prize see clause 10.
    1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available.
    2. Winner selection: All valid entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the prize draw. The draw will be conducted within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period by Promoter’s Privacy Officer, Tony Bogar at Samuel Smith & Son, Angaston, South Australia.
    3. Winner notification: Winners will be notified by telephone or email within 5 working days of the date of the draw and will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of the date of initial winner communication. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within 14 days initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.
    4. Further Prize details:
    Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and proof of purchase and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
    1. Dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking;
    2. The trip must be booked through Promoter's authorised agent and are subject to travel providers standard terms and conditions;
    3. The trip must be booked minimum 4 weeks in advance of departure date;
    4. Once booked, trip cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible;
    5. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any airline loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or vouchers(s), promotion(s) or special offer;
    6. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the winner's home to the airport, meals, drinks or any other costs of a personal nature not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions;
    7. Travel insurance, which is mandatory, is not included in the prize and is the responsibility of the winner and their guests;
    8. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner and guests and passports are usually required to have a minimum 6 months validity beyond scheduled return date to be valid;
    9. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize;
    10. The prize winner and their guests are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest; and
    11. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended.
    12. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk votes, votes by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

    NB: I am unsure if this is a purchase comp.On Waitrose purchase comps they usually require a receipt number but the terms on this state:

    Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and proof of purchase and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;

    The tag line says

    "Simply answer the question below and enter your details for you chance to win."

    no mention of a purchase so I would say it isn't a purchase comp.
