General Terms and Conditions
This competition is only valid to UK residents.
Deadline for entering the competition is 16 July 2014 at 23.59.
Entry is free and without obligation.
Only one entry may be made per person
The Prize
Prizes cannot be converted into a cash payment.
The prize are subject to availability and must be requested one month prior to travel.
Each party will do their very best to accommodate the dates requested but reserve the right to offer alternative dates.
There may be peak times during the year, such as holidays and other special events when travel is not available.
The promoter is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize or for any inability of the prize winner or their guest to take up the prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the partners in this promotion accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury caused by, or to, the prize winner or their guests whilst taking the prize.
Winners accept the prize at own risk,
and are solely responsible for ensuring they are travelling with valid passport/visas were necessary.
No extensions permitted.
Winners must travel together.
Any alternative travel arrangements made by the winner would be at the winner’s expense.
The winner and their guest(s) are also responsible for any other expenses including meals, refreshments, spending money and any other incidental expenses not listed within the prize.
On acceptance of this prize,
you are deemed to have read and agreed to the competition terms and conditions.
The winner will be issued with vouchers from the airline and the accommodation provider and it is solely their responsibility to arrange the reservations with British Airways and Il Salviatino.
All other general terms of condition regarding carriage or stay are dictated by, the airline or accommodation provider.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Prize includes 2 nights in the 4* Il Salviatino in Fiorence for two people, bed and breakfast basis,
with one dinner for two at the hotel.
Transfers to/from the airport are not included.
Beverages, mini-bar, spa treatments and all additional extras incurred at the hotel are to be paid for directly upon check out.

Flight Booking Terms and Conditions
Flight bookings will be made by British Airways in rotation/date order and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Travel on British Airways code share and alliance partner airlines and franchises is not permitted.
Reservation changes are not permitted once tickets have been booked.
If space in the class of travel that appears on your ticket is not available at the time of check-in,
due to commercial demand,
please co-operate fully with the check-in agent who will try and accommodate you nearer to departure time.
On rare occasions, the check-in agent may ask you to standby for a flight, to downgrade or to travel on a later flight.
If this is the case, we would appreciate your co-operation in complying with the check-in agent’s request.
British Airways will email an eticket itinerary to your email address.
the tickets are NOT transferable,
have no cash value and are not for re-sale.
