Full Terms and Conditions:

1. This Promotion is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Pernod Ricard (“Promoter”), and their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Purchase not necessary, however, internet access is required.

3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 on 15th May 2014 and 23:59 on 30th September 2014 (“Promotion Period”), with monthly winners selected from data received until each Monthly Draw Date (see clause 4).

4. To enter: Visit the entry page, follow instructions to fill in your details and submit, during the Promotion Period, to be entered into the current, and all subsequent, Draw Periods (see clause 4)

5. During the Promotion Period there will be five Monthly Draw Periods, as set out as follows:

6. Maximum one entry per person per draw period.

7. Maximum one “Ibiza Rocks” prize per person throughout the Promotion Period.

9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

10. Winner selection: There will be 5 draws, as set out above at clause 5. All entries made during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the then-current Draw Period and into each subsequent Draw Period remaining in the Promotion Period. All prize draws will be conducted within one working day of the end of the relevant Draw Period by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

11. Winner notification: Winners will be notified by email or telephone within 2 working days of the date of the relevant draw and will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of the date of initial winner communication. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.

12. Further Prize details:

a. Ibiza Rocks Prizes: will be arranged upon production of appropriate age verification, and are subject to the additional terms as set out below:
i. Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
ii. Dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking;
iii. The trip must be booked through Promoter’s authorised agent and are subject to travel providers standard terms and conditions;
iv. Once booked, trip cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible;
v. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any airline loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or vouchers(s), promotion(s) or special offer;
vi. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the winner’s home to the airport, meals, drinks or any other costs of a personal nature not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions;
vii. Travel insurance, which is mandatory, is not included in the prize and is the responsibility of the winner and their guests;
viii. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner and guests and passports are usually required to have a minimum 6 months validity beyond scheduled return date to be valid;
ix. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize;
x. The prize winner and their guests are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest; and
xi. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended.

b. The O2 Concert Ticket Prizes (“O2 Prizes”), and Festival Ticket Prizes: Will be arranged upon production of appropriate age verification. Travel, accommodation and other expenses are NOT included in the prize, which just includes the tickets. These prizes are also subject to the additional terms as set out below:
i. Winners will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
ii. Once booked, prize cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible;
iii. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the winner’s home to The O2 or relevant UK festival, meals, drinks or any other costs of a personal nature not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions; and
iv. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prizes.

c. Electronic Prizes: will be supplied by email within 28 days of confirmation of electronic delivery address.

d. Physical Prizes: will be supplied within 28 days of receipt of winner address and appropriate age verification, if required.

13. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk votes or entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk votes, votes by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to vote), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

14. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. The Promoter and any affiliated companies are not responsible for any entry, generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure.

15. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless winners otherwise notify the Promoter at the time of accepting their prize.

16. The names and regions of the winners will be available by sending an email to malibuuk@pernod-ricard-uk.com with “Best Summer Ever WL” in the title, to arrive between 30 November 2014 and 31 March 2015.

17. Winners may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the promotion but are not obliged to participate in publicity.

18. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Pernod Ricard Privacy Policy available here.

19. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

20. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

21. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

22. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

23. This promotion is governed by the English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
