Firstly congratulations on the birth of your daughter. Sounds like you have made steps towards becoming debt free with your DMP so that's good. Are you able to post an SOA for us to see if you can make some savings.

Do you have anything saved so far?

Have you looked into the mortgages which only require a small deposit?

What about shared ownership?

Do you have a job? If so is it one which would enable you to apply for a keyworker home?
