Hi there
I know there is a comping forums on here but just wondering if there are anybody that's on a DMP took up entering competitions!?
Unfortunately my debt was due to the obsession of me getting rid of it ASAP and I couldn't except it would take years - I turned to gambling!!
Thankfully I have now accepted that 5-6 years isn't that bad and i have not had 1 urge to gamble again!!
Anyway I have looked at the comping forums and thought well why not enter (the free ones of course)
Anyone else enter or won anything to help there debt!??

Hi,
I go through fits and starts at entering competitions, have had many wins but nothing that would make a significant dent in my debt!!! At the top of the comping forum is a what we won post, very inspiring and everytime I look at it, it gets me comping again.. I've won flights to europe, a hotel stay in the uk, 2 bottles of expensive vodka... (still got 1 in the cupboard, must be 5 years old now..), lots of dvd's and hair products. Never won any cash though.. or that new car I always have my eye on..
Unfortunately like gambling I don't think it is a quick fix to slaying the debt but doesn't cost anything and you have to be in it to win it....
Good Luck...Christmas 2020 £109

I dont want ot get in trouble for posting in the wrong area but I would urge all DMP'ers to check out things like the referral board on here or boost your income.
I get surveys from on-device as well as having their app on my phone and on my computer - its a monitoring thing so not everyone would like that but I get £5 a month plus occasional further £5s for specific surveys. The neilsen app pays out in amazon vouchers every other month or so again just for having it on your phone.
My wife does the halifax trick to get £5 a month. I also do a postal survey through Quotas paying £6.60 a month. It all adds up. I have a referral for certain postcodes for quotas which I have just put on the referral board. I think all these options are better than relying on just comping. If anyone wants any advice on these please PM me.I'm a greenfield sight for sore eyes, and sore eyes are just needing the light, the shapes, and the shadows of the space we share, before it splits into Thin Air.0 -
Good ideas!
I do live in hope that itv call will come one day it's keeping me going0
