Just spotted this over on HUKD (thanks to jun19)

The small tins of Vaseline are reduced to 49p each at Argos

http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3587726.htm

It's a brilliant price so it's worth checking if your local has them (as it's only available for collection in store.)

Official MoneySavingExpert insert: Argos hasn't confirmed how long these Vaseline tins will be reduced to 49p, so go quick if you want one. They're only available to collect in-store and stock varies per store. Thanks to rebeccaj for sharing this offer.

Hi, I just discovered Poundland sell a massive jar of Petroleum Jelly for £1. As far as I know, Vaseline is just a brand name for Petroleum Jelly, is that right? Like Kleenex and tissue paper? It's exactly the same I think.

Yes, but if you read what the OP is talking about it is a small tin of Vaseline on offer. Which I'd rather have in my handbag than than a large tub!

Thanks for this OP, have just reserved 2 along with the other order I've to pick up today lol.

Thanks for the tip also Jelly Tots... I still prefer the little tins for out and about in my handbag but I think I will get a big tub for use at home too, id never thought of doing that! X
