If you or someone you know is behind with your/their rent or mortgage, housing advice charity Shelter has free help through its website (shelter.org.uk/advice), helpline or face to face (find details for your area on its website).

Please get in touch with them, early advice from an expert can make the difference between losing your home and keeping it. Don't struggle in silence - get advice today.

During January Shelter is also asking people to 'Pass It On' so if you think a friend or family member is struggling give them Shelter's contact details too.
