And if anyone was wondering, the 3rd book in the trilogy "Her Mothers Shadows" also has great reviews but is still priced at £3.85

I've just seen that Asda have also now dropped their price to £1 on both of these books, on their website. (Link above in 1st post)

I have just ordered these for myself - thanks OP.

If you were thinking of xmas pressies - they will not be delivered in time for xmas if you use the regular free postage option. I have a delivery date of between 31 Dec and 6 Jan.

Did you order from Amazon or Asda? It looks like Asda have them readily available and in stock now so they should hopefully come through quicker from them.

I ordered mine from amazon and got it in two days. I did not realize how big the book was, bargain price.
