* There is one prize consisting of a seven night holiday to New York for one person and one guest.

* The prize includes pre-booked flights to New York in economy class. There is no flight alternative. The prize also includes hotel accommodation on a room only basis at The Pod 39 Hotel, 145 East 39th Street, New York 10016 or equivalent for seven nights with the winner and guest sharing a twin bedroom or equivalent and £500 spending money for the winner.

* The prize must be taken by the winner by 10th June 2014.

* The winner and guest must provide their own travel insurance and supply proof of insurance to the Promoter upon request. Both the winner and guest must be legally able to travel to New York and obtain all necessary visas and other documentation. Copies of valid passports will also be required.
