Just returned from a quick trip to Sainsbury's. I don't go that often, so when I do I always check for offers on canned beans or pulses. Anyway, I came home with tins of mixed beans in a mild chilli sauce which are usually £1.09 a tin. However their current offer is 2 tins for £1.00. There are others inc. in mix+match offer... mixed pulses in water, mixed bean salad in vinaigrette and more. Some are usually 69p so not so great, but the varieties that are £1.09 are a real bargain.
