Moonbeever ... Complaint help

Hi I'm asking this in behalf of my friend ,,, bit long winded but hope someone can shed some light....

Ok my friend declared BR in 2010 and had IPA set in December 2010 at £350 a month, then it was changed to £165 a year later , she then moved in march 2012 n contacted moonbeever about new address and they asked for SOA she sent in ,,,, she heard nothing back from them and continued at £165 a month. She called them two weeks ago to inform of moving and then got an email from them at her request to confirm change and agreement if a 1month payment break to allow her to pay her bind, when she got email they advised her payment of £265 would be due in September , she emailed back query £265 as she only pays £165, she was called n told that a letter was sent ago her in July 2012 telling her of the new payment, she advised never got this and asked why no one has mentioned this to her till now they advised her she now has arrears of £1200 that needs cleared.. Any one experiance this or have any advice ?

I would suggest she put all this information in writing to MB. I'm guessing she would have been expected to sign and return the form acknowledging the change in IPA amount. If she didn't send it to them, what proof do they have that she actually received the notification? I'm also wondering if the paperwork was sent to her old address. Your friend needs to make contact ASAP and clear this matter up or she'll stress about it endlessly.
