Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

Entry limited to one per person.

Winners under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.

Dates of travel must occur between 1st October 2013 and 1st October 2014. All arrangements must be made via Promoter's designated fulfilment partner, Alchemy Events Limited ("Alchemy"), and bookings made independently will not be refunded. Winners must give 3 months notice of desired dates of travel, which are subject to availability. Blackout dates (when travel cannot be taken) are the month of July 2014.

Winner and guests must organise their own visas for this trip and any visa or passport charges are their responsibility. The Sun and Alchemy cannot be held responsible for the prize winner and/or their guests being unable to participate in the prize due to visa estrictions.

Accommodation - 2 queen/double guestrooms for 2 adults per room to share for 4 nights in 3.5* accommodation in Las Vegas. Winners must possess a credit card in order to check in.

Other inclusions: The prize package also includes the following for four adults:

i. Ground transfers between airport and hotel in Las Vegas on arrival and departure

ii. A full day return helicopter flight starting from Las Vegas through the Grand Canyon and landing at the remote Canyon Ranch Bar, including a one course barbeque lunch (drinks not included)

iii. Travel insurance will be supplied to each winner and their companions before departure with no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 65 or over.
