4. Winner of the prize and guest must be over 21 years of age.

5. This competition is open to mainland UK, ROI and Northern Ireland residents only.

6. The prize is for two people sharing accommodation and travelling together; and comprises two economy return flights with Etihad Airways from London Heathrow or Manchester to the Seychelles; seven nights at Banyan Tree Seychelles with daily breakfast; return airport transfers in the Seychelles and one cooking class for two during the stay.

7. The prize package is non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and cannot be extended.

8. Prize and flights to be booked with Just Seychelles at least 8 weeks prior to preferred travel date and no later than 16 December 2013. Prize must be taken by 22 July 2014, excluding the following dates: 25 October-4 November 2013; 11 December 2013-14 January 2014; 13-24 February 2014; 9-28 April 2014; 22 May-3 June 2014.
