Payplan Full and Final

Hi all, Have been on a DMP with PayPlan now for 4 years. We have now got enough funds to cover our remaining debts with our creditors. I have asked Payplan to contact our creditors for a settlement figure. what difference will it make to us if we don't pay the outstanding debt in full against a lower offer? This 6 year ruling thing? How much will PayPlan offer as a percentage for a lower settlement figure as i have left it in thier hands? thanks.

Partial settlement on your file rather than a full one. A default to go with that if not one already. If you already have defaults then impact may not be anything, or minor.
