http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=273867627
Official MoneySavingExpert insert: Tesco has confirmed this offer is on in-store and online until Tue 28 May, subject to availability.
This is the cheapest available that we could find, but it’s always worth doing a price comparison before buying, as new offers come up every day. Thanks to lexie55 for sharing this offer.

Still not that great a deal. You can buy 2 x 2L bottles of Pepsi for 2.50, which works out at 62.5p per litre, and they sometimes reduce 2L bottles to 98p (49p per litre), which compares favourably with the cans at 60p per litre, especially when you consider drinks last longer in a bottle (a can tends to be drunk in one go).
That said I guess it's not a bad idea for picnics/packed lunches etc.0 -

1) The story is about Coca-cola, not Pepsi.
2) You first suggest paying £1.25 per two litres instead of £1.26 for the cans. Eh?
3) I disagree - drinks, usually, last longer in cans than in bottles. YMMV but YMIW.0 -
This same offer was posted last month on this board. Unfortunately a complete time waster. It's an excellent price but we went into 2 different stores 30 miles apart on 5 occasions each throughout the dates of the offer and there weren't any available. Every day the guy on the drinks aisle said they hadn't had any delivered so its a bit of a con in my area. Well done to anyone who gets some. We try not to pay more than 25p a can but that's still difficult to get. I think Morrisons tends to have it more frequently at that price.0

I disagree with the above.
We don't drink very much fizzy pop so if a bottle gets opened, most of it won't get drunk so it will go flat and get wasted. Therefore, we get a few cans when on offer - probably drink one can every couple of weeks each or less and spend less than £10 per year on 'pop'.
Fizzy pop is so unhealthy (whether diet or 'full fat') that it should be a very occasional treat only and certainly not for every day consumption. Don't get me started on the obsession with 'energy drinks' either.
I'll look out for this offer and if I manage to get some, they will last for months0 -

1. Yes but my point is this isn't a great deal as you can get branded cola-type drinks for a similar price (or better) elsewhere if you shop around.
2. I don't understand this point.
3. A 330ml can can't be resealed so needs to be drunk either in one go or in a short space of time. With a bottle you can do portion control better, and keep it resealed in the fridge for up to several days. I know views will differ on this.0 -

Home Bargains permanently have coke, pepsi and 7up at 29p per can or four for £1.00 half the usual price of the supermarkets ? !0

Really? Your family can portion control a 2L bottle better than 330ml cans? One can can be shared between two. You really have the discipline to only pour 165 ml portions from a 2L bottle? Well done, but I simply do not believe you.
I would rather have a drink poured from a can that has been left for a few hours than from a bottle that is a day old.0 -
Thought this was a forum for money saving? Not the healthy brigade? If you don`t want it, don`t buy it!
