Self assessment form

Anyone know where I can request the hard copy Self Assessment forms from, they have usually sent them out by this time of the year. I realise they probably won't sent these forms out automatically, due to electronic filing. I won't be doing it this way
Thanks

Suppose we just have to phone HMRC.
Mine hasn't turned up this year either...I don't see why they would assume everyone is using online, when we haven't registered.
I'm just putting off phoning, that'll be another 30 minutes of my life on hold I'll never get back!

The annual reminder to file has a section showing where you can download this form.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?

If you haven't received a letter asking you to submit a return, do you need to do so?0 -
I do need to submit a tax return and have already wasted the obligatory 30 mins until I got fed up, anyone got the correct phone #

Thanks for the link.
Obviously the OP, and myself, are online, because we're on this forum, but there are still people who aren't. Not everybody has a printer. HMRC want returns completed, but don't bother sending them out...don't answer the phone...as far as I can see, don't have the facility for me to email them...

You could, of course, file them online. The only thing that is constant is change.0 -

As far as I'm aware I'm still allowed to file on paper. The last 10 years I've been sent a return every April, until this year.
I'm not trying to make life difficult for myself, I just find it easier to work on paper, and am making that choice while it's still available.

That will cost you a small fortune if you ink jet print it in colour, never mind the cost of taking a photocopy & posting it back, with proof of posting.
Time to make friends with the on-line system. That way when it is done you have a copy and its done!0 -
For some unknown reason delivery of the forms is delayed this year (presumably due to postal delivery used)
Our partnership form arrived early April but own & husband's individual forms hadn't so phoned Forms Helpline last week. Was told duplicates were not being issued until after 15/5/13.
This morning my husband's form arrived showing date of issue as 06/04/ 13 so presumably my delayed form should arrive shortly.0
