Did a quick search for this but couldn't find anything on it - am on Kindle! Could a board guide please merge if a duplicate.
As it says in the title - E.L.F. have certain items starting at 45p (notably, lip glosses, eyeshadows and face powders from the elements range - the ones where you can make a custom palette up with your desired colours/shades ).

They also have lots of other items - from lip glosses, eye liners, eye brighteners, nail polish, etc from a pound. HTH someone
