I called in today and saw they had hog roasts at 2.99 a kilo. There was a big yellow shelf label saying was 3.49 a kilo now 2.99 a kilo. They went through at 3.49 kilo,so just make sure you check if you are buying one.I got double the difference back of. they turned out to be a good bargain.

I came here to post a warning about these too!

My friend and I spotted these too but also noticed that there was also some at 2.49 a kilo!

Two different shelf edge labels for the 3.49 a kilo and also 2.99 a kilo... no label for 2.49 a kilo though.

I enquired about the prices but was told that the price differences was due to them 'coming in batches'! That delivery was that price, that delivery was this price and that delivery was that price'! But this was from the 'checkouts manager' at 3pm on a Sunday!

I wish I'd thought about the 'double the difference' (forgot about that!)

I bought an almost 5KG piece which I'll be cutting into 3 bits to put in the freezer! 12.14 so a bargain for me!
Did you wonder where the photo was taken?
Somewhere above the clouds over Germany on the way back from Prague August 2009!
Hand typed by me!
