CROWN PAINTS

Prizes: 50 x Karaoke Pod, 50 xDance DVD, 500 x 2.5l tins of matt emulsion paint, 50 x Arts & Crafts kit, 50 x £10 Shopping Vouchers, 50 x Recipe Book and 1250 x 40ml match pots. Crown Paints will try to supply the chosen colour, however if it is not available, the user will need to select another colour.

One entry per person, per day. If you dont win you get the option to share to spin again.

Only one entry per person per day. Users who do not win a prize have the option to share the page, at which point they will be allowed another ‘spin’.
The closing date for entering is 30/04/13. Crown Paints reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
Sending your details is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
No automated, third party or bulk entries are permitted. Multiple entries in breach of this provision will result in those entries being disqualified. If Crown Paints has reasonable grounds to suspect that such means are being used to circumvent this condition then it may require the entrant to prove that such means were not used. If Crown Paints becomes aware of an entrant using means to circumvent this condition then these entries will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
The prize will not be transferable to another person, exchangeable or for re-sale. There is no cash alternative to any prizes.
Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
Crown Paints will use reasonable endeavours to send prizes within 40 days of the closing date.
The Promotion is not open to employees or agents of Crown Paints, their families or other persons connected to the creation or administration of this Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
No cash or alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, Crown Paints reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly (including without limit, due to computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Crown Paints that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion), then Crown Paints may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
Crown Paints and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, Crown Paints may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
Crown Paints’ decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
This Promotion is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
