Thanks malebolge, worked for me 2nd time around. First time I wasn't logged into my Amazon account and it froze. I came out and logged in, then tried again with no problems :T

Thanks for this! I got it, and it posted to my Facebook feed. However, there's no sign of the credit in my Amazon account, I've had no email with a code. Could anyone please tell me where to find it! Thanks.
