Pancake Day is just around the corner so stock up :j
Official MoneySavingExpert insert: Asda'sconfirmed Lyle's golden syrup (454g bottles) are 98p each or two for £1 in-store as well as online. This is the cheapest we’ve seen it, but do keep an eye out, as most major supermarkets have Pancake Day offers on at the moment.
Asda hasn't confirmed the end date for this promotion yet, but we'll update you once we've heard back.
Thanks to teddy2paws for posting.

Thanks for that. I think this is the "pouring" syrup - does anyone know if it is the same as the golden syrup in the tin? Or is it a bit thinner? Can you still bake with it - flapjacks etc??0

Hi Spratley,
I will definitely be stocking up on this too, the children love it on pancakes and waffles.
We have used this to make conflake cakes and it has worked just the same as the tins.0 -
Hi Spratley, i've baked with it before and not had any problems. I'm pretty sure it's the same as what you get in the tins0

It's the same, just easier to use.
Less washing too. Instead of licking a spoon, you just pour direct in to your mouthLoverly!!

It is thinner than the stuff in the tins but not watery.0
