Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules. Entry indicates acceptance of rules.

Only open to residents in the UK including Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group, employees of the Co-operative Group Limited or its subsidiaries, employees of Co-operative Societies who are members of the Co-operative Retail Trading Group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
To enter, simply log on to https://www.co-operativefood.co.uk/tigerbeer and complete the entry form. Entrants will be required to answer the Tiger Beer related question, ‘Where was Tiger Beer born?’, provide their name and contact details, and where available, provide the last four digits of the barcode of their purchased Tiger Beer pack. All valid correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw.
This is a no purchase necessary competition. Barcode details captured will be used for marketing purposes only and entry into the free prize draw will still be permitted for valid entries with correctly answered questions. Personal details of entrants will only be used to the contact the winner. All data will be captured and managed by The Co-operative
There will be one prize awarded. This prize is exclusive in the off trade to The Cooperative Food Limited [or correct company name]
The promotion will run from midnight January 16th 2013 to midnight February 5th 2013. Only one entry per person.
Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. Multiple entries from one email account are invalid. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to broadband or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the website entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries are prohibited and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all qualifying entries by 15th February 2013. The winner will be notified by email using the details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).

The prize is a trip for two adults (both aged 18 or over) to Singapore. The prize includes: return economy flights – London Heathrow to Singapore, return airport transfers to resort, 5 nights 4* hotel accommodation sharing a twin / double room including breakfast and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions).
The trip must be booked and all travel completed by 31/12/2013, excluding Christmas, Easter and all UK Bank Holidays. Stays must include a Saturday night. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent. Extensions are at winner’s expense.
Holiday location and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip.
The Promoter or Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine and the Promoter will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier which charges will have to be borne by the prize winner.
Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. The Promoter or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
There is no cash or other alternative or refund in whole or in part in respect the prize.
Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. In the event that cover is not granted an equivalent cash allowance will be provided so adequate cover can be sought. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure.
The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.

The winner’s name and county will be available six weeks after the closing date by sending a SAE to Win a Kitchen Gadget, Digital Media, 4th Floor Dantzic, Dantzic Street, Manchester, M60 0AF.

We cannot guarantee that the trip will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.
