The following terms and conditions apply:
Entrants must be a UK resident aged over 18, not employees (or members of their families) of Royal Mail Stamps and Collectibles, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
By giving Royal Mail Group your details, you are agreeing to receive marketing communications by post, phone, email, text and other electronic means from Royal Mail Group, unless you have indicated an objection by ticking the relevant boxes provided on the registration form. Your details will only be shared with carefully selected third parties in accordance with your preferences indicated on the registration form. No purchase necessary. To enter entrants must sign up to receive email updates from Royal Mail Stamps and Collectibles to be automatically entered into the prize draw.
Only one entry is allowed.
The winners: There will be 5 winners who will be chosen at random by an independent third party on 1st March 2013 from all valid entries.
All entries must be received by 28th February 2013.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by the Promoter for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
Each winner will win one full set of Doctor Who stamps, containing 11 1st Class Stamps, 1 Miniature Sheet, 1 Presentation Pack and 1 Prestige Stamp Book.
Winners will be notified by Post within 7 days of the prize draw date. The winners must confirm acceptance of their success within 7 days of being notified otherwise alternative winners will be chosen.
Winners will receive their prize on 26th March 2013 (the date of issue).
Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
Entry into this prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from the draw.
The names of the winners will be made available for up to 28 days after the closing date to anyone sending their e-mail address to doctorwho@royalmail.com in a message with the subject heading ‘Doctor Who Stamps Prize Draw winner’.
