Lots of Jacques Vert tops, skirts, dresses, and jackets for £20 each (some reduced from £159) at John Lewis online, might be useful for a wedding...
Checked their own site from rbbadger's earlier thread, but think these are cheaper.

Official MoneySavingExpert insert: There were some Jacques Vert dresses reduced from £179 to £20, but unfortunately these are now all out of stock. There are still some bargains to be had, though, including an Oasis dress for £10 (was £55) and a French Connection dress for £19 (was £47). Thanks to Outer Limits for posting.

There's loads there if this is your thing - the jackets would be great if they were part of a suit, but they're designed to match their dresses...a bit mother of the bride but I'm not quite there yet! Ask me in 20 years and I'm sure I'll have changed my mind as I'm moving down the spectrum........Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I am soon to be MOG, so need an outfit - and I am struggling as I think I just look ridiculous all 'done up'. Anyway, have ordered £546 worth (4 items) - 2 jackets, 2 dresses for £80 and hopefully will be able to put together something that looks ok. Will then return two items.
There are lots of dresses - East, Windsmoor, Planet, Precis, Oasis, all for £20 that could team up with some of Jacques Vert jackets. I think they are selling fast as definitely not so many as when I placed my order at 2am!“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0 -
I recently bought one of the £20 dresses and paid full price. Gutted! I will say they are well made and generous on size. I'm normally an 18 but that was too big and a 16 was much better.0

I need a dress for a conference in November and have just found a lovely one for £20!
I know their dresses are a beautiful fit for me as I bought one to wear to a wedding back in May, it's a gorgeous dress.
