Mine arrived last week, a bigger bag than I was expecting. I got 3 large meals out of it for the lab.

Where do you have to click to get the free sample once you've done the registration? It's a bit confusing because it doesn't say anything about a free sample of dog food!

Once you've registered, try logging out, exit the site and then go back to the site using the link, click on free sample, log in and it should come up with confirmation that your sample's on its way. If this fails, clear cookies and try again (Probably way more complicated than it's supposed to be, but I'm sure if there's a simpler way, someone else will be along shortly to put me right!)
