Well I have to be honest - it wasnt a stroke of financial genius, I sold my house (completed last Friday) and paid off my debts.....
Basically to cut a long story short, my marraige broke down and in november I left the marital home and filed for divorce. As part of the financial settlement the house had to be sold and I used my share of the proceeds to clear my debts. I wont be technically debt free for long though, because I am going to need a mortgage in the not to distant......feeling the need to re-start my diary, to explain fully :cool:Well Behaved women seldom make history
