Official MoneySavingExpert insert: M&S has confirmed that the 20% off homewares events has now ended, but that this griddle pan is part of its "outstanding value range" and will remain at £5. It is available in-store and online, though delivery is £3.50. Thanks to uklad2k for posting.

Thank you OP. I've just ordered one to be delivered to my local store. The reviews aren't bad either. I used to have a cast iron one, it was very heavy to use and it split in two when I dropped it. £4 sounds like a good deal!0
