Not very seasonal I know but Debenhams are selling off their 'Green 5ft Christmas tree' for £5 from £40. Bargain! Can't post link as I'm a newbie but others please feel free to.

That tree is really devoid of greenery! I need a new tree for next year but will hang out for a better deal!0

Yep same here - really good saving but will hang on to my old one for now.
That having been said thanks for letting us all know:beer:0 -
Debenhams have a Christmas tree down from £40 to £5. It's a bit bare looking but a good price.0

Yes I did that a few years ago - had lantern lights form Wilkinson for about £5.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -
Has anyone actually seen this? It keeps coming up and as said, looks like a twig. I wondered what it looks like in real life - is it as bad?0

I haven't seen one "in real life" but it gets decent reviews on the Debenham's site. Not sure I would risk buying one for the lounge but at a fiver I might be tempted to get one for the hallway or outside the front door. Reading the reviews it seems hit and miss as to whether you get a stand with it or not!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

It is an OK tree, I wouldn't personally use it as the main Christmas tree and it is quite 'gappy' but would look OK outside the front door or as a tree in a childs bedroom or something0
