[FONT=&quot]2.3. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Promptly after a winner is chosen at random, such winner will be notified at the email address provided in the entrant's submission. Only one winner will be chosen and awarded the Grand Prize. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2.4. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]To claim a prize, the winner should follow the instructions contained in his or her notification. [/FONT]

[/FONT][FONT=&quot]In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason or fails to claim the prize, Hotel Chocolat will award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Alternate winners are subject to all requirements set forth in these Contest Rules. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected after which the Grand Prize will remain un-awarded.[/FONT]

[/FONT][FONT=&quot]Grand Prize package includes round-trip standard air transportation for two (2) from a UK airport to St. Lucia; round-trip ground transfers between the St. Lucia airport and hotel; seven (7) nights accommodations at the hotel on the Rabot Estate (single room, double occupancy); and breakfast and dinner at the resort; excludes alcohol. �[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2.8. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Winner must complete travel on or before July 1, 2013 or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to departure and the winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Trip is subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2.9. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]St Lucia Tourism Board will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2.10. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this offer, and those set forth by the St Lucia Tourism Board airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Airline tickets are void if sold for cash or other consideration. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2.11. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]The winner and guest must have valid travel documents (i.e. valid government issued photo identification and/or passport) prior to departure. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals and drinks purchased outside of the resort, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Neither Hotel Chocolat nor the St Lucia Tourism Board will replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): �2000. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2.13. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Due to the steep terrain and uneven landscape the hotel is not able to accommodate wheelchairs.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2.14. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Participants must have reached the age of 18 to enter the prize draw to accept and partake of the Grand Prize. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2.15. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Children under 12 are not permitted to stay at the Hotel.[/FONT]
