Advice on dealing with Greenwoods

Hi Guys,
I know you are all a fountain of knowledge and am wondering if you can give me some advice. My oh and I have debts of £20k. As of January I no longer stuck my head in the sand and apart from about £1k of this debt I now have repayments schedules set up with all of them....such a relief and I feel so much happier that I am doing something about my debt. We did owe £2,500 to greenwood this is now down to £1,400 and they come every friday and collect. This is the only debt we struggle with and to be honest now I have had my light bulb moment I feel so embarrassed about him coming to the door and with what we owe this will continue for another year! Is there anyway I can stop this? For instance I normally just text him to tell him to come friday or monday depending on when we are in but the ideal would be to set up a standing order to Greenwood and not have him come to my door but I don't know how to go about this and where I stand?
Any advice/help would be very gratefully received.
Thanks

You would need to speak to there head office
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

can anyone else advise what I need to do? Should I just text him to say I am dealing with head office directly?
    Thanks
